FACILITIES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
SPS provides Advisory and Assistance services for facility Base Operations Support (BASOPS) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) of U.S. Army Reserve facilities for the 63d Regional Support Command. This covers a seven-state Southwest Region of the United States with focus on command support functions, personnel support/soldier and family readiness programs, public works, maintenance, and resource management. Our responsibility is to ensure that the buildings and grounds are properly maintained and monitored to meet the standards of a federal workplace.
The SPS team identifies improvements for the functionality and aesthetics of the buildings, grounds, and features at each property location. We support our customer, in a variety of roles such as Facility Operations, Engineer Technicians and Energy Managers. Our team is broken up into six different regions across the seven states, associated with nearly 140 US Army Reserve facilities. SPS’s primary function is to process work orders and projects associated with the installation, operation, and maintenance of facilities to support the Missions of the units.
