USAR 63d Regional Support Command (RSC)

SpecPro Professional Services (SPS) provides advisory services to help its clients stay in compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

At the Army Reserve’s 63d Regional Support Command (RSC), encompassing seven states in the Southwest corner of the US, SPS provides compliance support to ensure that the 63d RSC, while accomplishing their Army Reserve mission, operates in a manner fully compliant with all relevant federal and state regulations. SPS provides highly trained Area Environmental Managers (AEMs) who act as the first line of support for 63d RSC facilities. SPS also provides the 63d RSC with permit maintenance tools, spill response notification and services, and expertise in compliance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).

SPS is also responsible for the comprehensive environmental training program for the 63d RSC. This program includes both initial training and annual refresher training, to ensure personnel have the necessary knowledge to comply with the multitude of complex environmental regulations.
